Observation on N-S Plus Highway during CNY

Back from KL 10/2/08, saw traffic jam all the way down from Seberang Jaya to KL especially at toll areas. Lucky my way back to BM not much affected except some jam at Ipoh & Juru. Heard many went back KL starting at 3pm then reached KL at 11pm requiring 7 hrs!
Anyhow, it’s really grand view seeing all vehicles light switched on at night – just like HIGHWAY PARTY. The move is so slow like snail crawl until I think it’s better for people to walk home – I think it may take ~7 hours from BM to KL also.
Another thot is if we have any natural disaster need to escape from Peninsular Malaysia, how we are going to flee! Just imagine how people at Florida US was evacuated when typhoon come, long queue & slow moving!
Another interesting observation is Picture of Policeman spying for speeding is placed under the bridge replacing actual policeman – perhaps not enough policeman during the big season, or just play psychological effect but no fine (election is coming!) but it really plays the role to alert drivers here as the pictures really looks real from afar.
