大山脚卫理公会众执事在29-1-2008郑建发教区长主持的牧区会中,代表牧区会代表以3票赞成；12票不赞成建筑于6年前提议的宗教教育所扩建工程 - 多元化礼堂。

议决：欢迎凡是有奉献参与多元化礼堂建筑金者，可以领回你的奉献。
期限： 2008年2月1日到5月4日。期限后没有领会的奉献继续保留为"建筑金"。

On a vote of 12: 3 during the recent LCC meeting on 29/1/2008 chaired by Northern District Superintendent Rev. Tay Kean Huat, the church Youth Activity Center building extension plans have been shelved. All members who have paid their pledges may obtain refunds of such amounts within the period from 1/2/08 to 4/5/2008, after which date any unclaimed amount shall be kept in the "church's building fund" for future purposes.
